    I will eat healthy, and refrain from fast food. Also I will work out 3-4 times a week for an hour. Go to get yearly physical
  • 30s

    In order to remain health i will continue to eat healthy, continue to workout about 3-4 times a week for about 45 minutes. Then get my yearly phyicals
  • 40s

    Keep away from fast food and stick more to home cooked meals in order to stay healthy and save money. Spend time with my family and take them to fun places. Go for a run a couple times a week. Get my yearly check ups.
  • 50s

    Keep away from fast food and stick more to home cooked meals in order to stay healthy and save money. Spend time with my family. Work out but make sure its less intense. Get my yearly check ups.
  • 60s

    Watch what i eat and try to eat as much healthy food as possible in order to continue a healthy life. Keep getting my yearly check ups.
