My mom had told me that I had been watching television since I was three. Though during those times I probably didn't understand what I was watching, my mom assured me I had been enjoying. My grandma also usually turns up the radio then, she had said. -
BOOKS
Books are packed with knowledge, insights into a happy life, life lessons, love, fear, prayer and helpful advice. One can read about anything under the sun. Books have been here for centuries and without them today’s knowledge of our past ancestors, cultures and civilizations would have been impossible. This is where we first learned our ABC's. -
RADIO/BOOMBOX
Before the iPhone, before the iPod, before the Walkman, there was only the boombox. Bulky, loud, rectangular and impossible to ignore, the speaker system was singularly responsible for shaping our cities’ soundscapes through much of the '70s and '80s.
During the time it was popular, we were not listening ti hip-hop music,this is where we first listened to our favorite nursery rhymes in a tape! -
***Newspapers and magazines
Newspapers and magazines at our house then usually comes from my grandma's friend, I had been flipping pages since then. -
CRT TELEVISION
As we look towards the Super HD or 4K era, is that without the invention of the dearly departed cathode ray tube way back in 1897, television as we know it wouldn’t have existed. This is where we watched our favorite cartoons! -
***Cellphone (keypad)
I can still remember playing Snakes whenever I get the chance to touch my mom's keypad phone. I also liked to peak at the messages then. -
KEYPAD CELL PHONES
This phone was known for its durability and splash-proof interchangeable casing. Phones are used widely in our day-to day lives giving us the freedom to communicate anywhere and at anytime. This is where we played the game "snake" and "tetris"! -
GAMEBOY ADVANCE
The Game Boy Advance is a 32-bit handheld video game console developed, manufactured and marketed by Nintendo as the successor to the Game Boy Color. It was released in Japan on March 21, 2001. It grew popular because the cartridge used in this gadget has many games. the most popular game that is included in the cartridge is "Bomber Man". -
PERSONAL COMPUTER (CRT Monitors)
Computers give us access to many sources of knowledge. They are helpful for word processing, Internet communications, digital/audio compositions and also desktop publishing. The computer is definitely a valued piece of technology that has worked its ways into many homes and businesses around the world. One of the early types of computers we used is the CRT Monitors also known as the Turtle back monitors. This is where we first played our kiddie games! -
PERSONAL COMPUTER (LED Monitors)
In the current world, it’s almost impossible to imagine that someone can live without computers. They have become an electronic device of almost every day use for individuals of every age, and essential in almost all the business dealings that are made nowadays. This type of computer uses LED Monitors and highly modified CPU's. -

Actually the year when we started needing computer processed papers at school so I learned using computers. Later on, we got a laptop and an internet connection. I was using my mom's Facebook account because I was not allowed to have one. -

Facebook is the very first social media I used. -
iPod
Just like Walkman, iPod helps us to play music or sounds. It is a portable music player that gives high quality sounds. Some people use it while taking a jog, relaxing in a coffee shop and while walking their dogs out! -
***Netbook and Windows phone; Twitter and all other social medias
I've got my netbook and I can say that it is more convenient than a laptop simply because it is handy. I'd brought it at school and used it in competitions for photojournalism. I also remember sneaking out with my dad's Windows phone then. Later on, with those gadgets and internet, I discovered a whole new world through social media. -
LAPTOP
Today is the world of computers as every field is dependent on it. From the business owners to the working professionals, students and adults everyone in some way or the other use the computers in their daily lives. The computers have not only enhanced the efficiency of the work but offer top notch results as well. This is the reason that computers have become an important part of our lives and it is difficult to live without them. -
SMARTPHONES
An all-around gadget/media that helps us in acquiring fast communication, quality sound, and pictures. -
***Android phone
I got my very own android phone back in Grade 10 and I must say that it is really helpful not only in school but also in being updated with all the news and knowledge of the world.
