Elementary School Graduation
My first graduation, leaving the childhood part of my education behind. Getting more independent and responsible because I was beginning to enter high school. -
First day of High School
First time it felt like my education was starting to become more serious. It felt like I had entered a whole new world. -
First National Championship
The first big event that I participated in for skating. The first time I felt the pressure of competing against the best teams in Canada. -
Final Practice
After 14 years this will be my last season so that I can focus on university and my education. -
High School Graduation
The final step before post secondary education. The last time all my childhood friends are all going to go to the same school. -
18th Birthday
Turning into an adult, which is a little terrifying. Rites of passage such as being able to vote and buy a lottery ticket.
