From December 15 1814 until January 5 1815 federalist delegates from Rhode island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont where having secret meetings. In these meetings they would discuss things like the state of the government. At some point they declaimed that stating that they believed that the us should support Britain. They also suggested a 2/3 vote to be required to start war. -
