    Canute

    He was a Danish king who conquered England. This then molded Anglo-Saxons and Vikings into the people.

    King Edward

    A descendant of Alfred the Great, King Edward took throne. He died in 1066 which led to one last invasion. Also in 1066 the Normans and the Anglo-Saxons fought the battle that changed the course of English history.

    Henry

    This is the time period when Henry ruled England. He strengthened the royal courts of justice by sending royal judges to every part of England at least once a year.
