  • My Birthday

    My Birthday
    After 10 months, I was born in the delivery room without cesarean in a seaside city called Maoming in China. I used to be a super newborn baby , which weight was 4.2kg. Also, I always have a good appetite and body health becuase my body absorbed enough mutrients by breastfeed until the eighth months after borning, which led to a strong parent-infants bond with my mother.
  • Stayed with a babysitter for the first time

    After one week, my mother and I went back to our house. After one month of resting, my mother went back to work, and my father also worked so hard to support us. Therefore, I was only one month old my parents left me with my first babysitter, my grandmother on my mother's side, all the daytime. My grandmother stayed with me a lot , so she made me feel really secure and peaceful even going outsides.

    One day, my mother took me to buy vegetables at the back of our house after work. During paying, my mum lossened her hand and dropped me down in the ditch suddenly cause she used to have anemia. After regaining consciousness, she held me up, and my chin was broken. That seems like a funny joke in my learly that I will remember, but the scar under my chin will be never move.

    When I was seven months old my family heard my first word spoken, which was"aoao"/"ma". At that time, I started to adapt to eat some solid food like congee except breastmilk, also my good stomach was showing out to all kinds of food later. I remember I just grew much faster than other young baby especially my weight!

    Because I used to be such a baby fat girl, I only could crawl like earthworms until my first birthday. I took my first step forward but dropped down after few steps. Unfortunately, I never learned how to crawl nicely, also I was really easy to sweat and feel tired cause I was fat.
  • Outdoors activities

    After one year old, my grandma alone brought me to the parks , markets, or other's houses nearby our house. I used to like the local markets so much. Becuase I like to eat the fresh cooked pig tails , I always walked to the store and picked one pig tail to go. Of course, my grandma always paid it later.
  • fell into the pool

    When I was about 2, sometime in the summer my mother took me to the outdoor swimming pool. At that time, she tried to take the high slides accompanied with me ,so she held me tightly by her arms, but when sliding down, she scarely loosened her hands, and I slipped into the pool and panicked becuase I didn't have a lifevest on. After me mother reacting, she jumped back into the water and pulled me out, saving me from drowning. That was a sad story, but has not made me fear water through.

    When I was about 3, we moved from seasides to riversides, which is a small city in the middle of south China., and I started preschool.
  • Stared playing swimming

    Once in the summer time when I was about 4 to 6, my parents passionately began teaching me swimming. When I was kids, my sports cell was not advanced, so I still kept tring but kept false. Also, maybe my parents used to take care me too carefully when teaching skills. Finally, sometime my two uncles alone took me to the pool and pushe me down in to the water without paying attention, but I instinctively learned to swim for surviving. Physcal activity is an important part for children's health.

    Among my memory of Early Childhood, I mostly had impression in my stories in preschool. I was one of the best kids in the class, but my characters tend to be shy and depedent to my family. However, through the encouragement of my teachers , I began to like palying , activities, experiences and social interaction,and was regarded as a class' or school's representetive to participate in many performances as well. This is an important change for my characters.
  • Middle Childhood

    Middle Childhood
    During my middle childhood, I was taking the elementary school neardy my house. I remember I was chosen as a momitor in the class from the first year, also, I moved to a new house that I could live with my parents. Everyday, I should wake up early and go to school for opening the class door, leading the moring reading ands checking the sanitization. Mostly, I might be the last student to leave, and run back to home to finish the pile of assignment.
  • Psychological rebellious phase

    WhenI was at the fourth grade, I began entering tinto a two-year-psychological rebellious phase, which showed out on rebelling to my teachers and teachers'assistants. As a monitor, I did not only sometimes became really mean to my peers, but rebelled to my teachers and school's managers strongly. I just always felt there was a fire in my heart at that period.
  • My life's tragety

    That was the second day after my graduation from my elementary school. My family experienced a tragedy. My father became a vegetable patient because of a medical accident. He had a allergic reaction to a drug and required intubation to maintain his life.

    When I was 12 years old, I hit puberty and began the menstrual cycle.

    During Junior High School, I think that was the hardest time for my family, but I am glad that we positively passed through during these three years, so generally I was still happy that I used to be the study member to help otherpeers' studies, kept primary friendships with my teahcers and classmates, also participated in many social activities.

    Studying in High school is one of the most impressive time in my adolenscence. At the first and second years, I used to be really depressed and confused about how to handle the relationshps with my peers as a monitor also a friend, so that I sometimes pushed my characters to change for satisfying for everyone except me. Fortunately, my family and my teachers sincerely encouraged me to keep all things in a simple ways and just be myself.

    At the second semester of 2008, surpriseingly I just kept my heart open and showed my attitude to my peers, they genhually accepted and supported me until so far. This experience really made sense for my views and attitudes of being your own personality. For adolenscence, no matter what kinds of relationships we have such as family's ,friends', or boy friends' relationship, that should be a progressing opportunity.

    After passing the Chinese University Entrance Examination in 2009, I was accepted by Guangdong Ocean University, and I planned to study in the United State before graduation. In the first year of the university, I joined in the English Club to study English and became the leader in the English Club.

    During 13-19 years, I was shocked by my family's tragedy in the beginning, but the next 7 years I increasingly was affetced by my mothe's attitutes. She not only took care of my father in a city hospital, but also strived to earn money to repay debt and support my my study. My mother is my rock. My mother always supports me financially; more importantly, she supports my spirit and is a role model and inspiration for me.
  • Preparing for studying abroad

    As a result of my involvement in the English Club, I discovered my interest strongly on strudying abroad and decided it. I HURRIED A FIND A VACATIONAL AGENCY AND CHOSE SCCC as my study direction . After three months, I flew to Seattle on my own. Reflecting on the steps that I have taken to get to where I am today, I feel pround, confident and creative.

    When I first arrived in Seattle on July 17, 2011, I immediately adapted to life here. After three months, I fortunately found a Chinese host family to live with. They shared my faith and provided me with great support that sustained me.

    After three months of ESLclasses at SCCC, I have started to take college classes this quarter, but I have encountered some obstacles such as falling behind in the class, having limited English listening and speaking skills, and deing confused about my major and which university I should transfer to. However, my faith and confidence in myself allowed me to remain calm when facing each obstacle, and I have found ways to overcome the obstacles.

    My original goal of obtaining a degree in Business Administration came before I was conscious of the significant role education plays in children. As I was young adulthood and become matured, I am determined to become an educator: I was to serve children with the confidence of my faith, so I am applying SUP integrated studies and elemantary certificate program as my study goal.

    After my graduation and geting my bachelor degree and elementary certificate, I will go back to become an international elementary teacher in mainland China, and travel to poor countries to advocate God's good news to the students there as a Christ's ambassador as well. Before 35, I hope to be married and have two to three children.

    When I were about 45, I hope to be a professional educator and have progressed far in my career in this point and gain expertise with age. Also, l lwould ike to have a Christian big family including my grandchildren, and we can have more primary time to share each good news to others in-and-off our house, or maybe we can organize mission groups for serving poor people.

    When I were about 65, I hope I can have more private time to enjoy the healthy casual life with my family, and still travel different places to enjoy the local people, insights and culture,

    Death and Afterlife
    When I start approaching the end of my life, I wish I can still learn something new or interested with my couple. Also, I wish we have a strong body to work with my grandchildren and teach them about bible and God by praying and waiting for him to pick me up to the heaven.
