My head coach at the time (Coach Williams)
allowed me to start getting a few reps with the older group which gave me an opportunity to become a better player both on the field and in the weight room. Unfortunately I never got to play in A varsity game that season. -
I was going for a down block when i got blind sided and hit in my back with a helmet. My lower back then became very stiff but i played through because i didn't want to miss the season again.

This was one of our biggest games on schedule vs Byron Nelson. On this night I recorded a career high 14 total pancakes on the night with no penalties and giving up 1 sack which was the only sack i gave up all season.
