January 25th 1533 Henry marries Anne Boleyn and is excommunicated by Pope Clement VII

Nov 8, 1534

Their children become legitimate succesors to the throne

March 23, 1534, Pope Clement VII declared that the marriage of Henry and Katherine of Aragon had indeed been valid.
March 30, Parliament passed the Act of Succession which granted legitimate succession to the throne to the children of Henry and Anne Boleyn and negated the same to any children of Henry and Katherine of Aragon. Opposition to the Act constituted high treason.
