"Thank You Ma'am"
"Thank You Ma'am" is a story about a women getting her purse stolen by a homeless boy and she catches him and then takes him to her house and cleans him up an feeds him after she finds out he's homeless. He gets a life lesson from the lady because she didn't call the cops and she was like a parent figure to him. After reading the story we got into groups and went over different things that happend in the story. -

I went to Ohio to visit my cousins and went to Cedar Point. It's the best amusement park voted 5 years in a row!!! I had a blast!! -

We were told to use the basis of the "Thank You Ma'am," and change the setting to see how it effects the story and how the people talk. This story taught me how just by changing the setting it effects the story's outline. Even if you keep the same similar story, but you change the setting, it changes the story sometimes completely. -
Finally Finished Reading the Harry Potter Series
I am finally finished with the Harry Potter books. Reading these books helped me with different assignments I had in Comm Arts 9 and it helped me learn things like character traits. -

The project we had to work on was to choose a war and write a fictional story based on the war with facts that happend in the war. I chose Vietnam and was taught the war tactics, weapons used, why the war was faught, the outcome of the war, and a life lesson because 86% of vietnam war veterens said they would fight again knowing the outcome of the war.
