    In 751, Pippin III becomes King when he forces the old king off the throne. He was the king of Franks. He was Charlemagnes father.

    In 1000, the Mayas officially civilized. At its height it had about 10 million people and 40 major cities,

    William the Conqueror

    At the battle of Hastings, William defeated the combined forces. William declared all of the land of england to be their own personal property, He then became king and became the Duke of Normandy.

    In 1215 the Magna Carta was signed. The Magna Carta was to inforce that kings couldnt impose silly rules

    Charlemagne was known best for his military expansion. Charles defeated the Lombard, he does so good they make him their king. He was was crowned Emperor of rome in 800

    900 - 1200, was when the Toltecs were around. They were in the high lands of Mexico, and were very war like. They built some of the first cities.

    The holy roman empire thought that Otto the Great was the best person to ask for help. So Otto went down to Italy and took care of things. Then he became emperor.

  • Emperor of Rome

    In 800, Charlemagne became the emperor of Rome. He centered his goverment in Aache, Germany. He had counts and inspectors.

  • Decline of the Mayas

    In 900, the Mayan empire declined. No ones exactly sure what happened to the Mayas, but some believe that they were taken over by environmental damage.
