Hello class, today we will start with Chapter 1 in our Anatomy books. Read over the information prior to class so that when we go through discussion, you will be well aware of the topic.

Review the anatomical terms from chapter 1 and demonstrate them on a partner. expect a pop quiz Go over examples and answer any questions pertaining to the Chapter and advise everyone to be prepared to learn choreography next class. -
Choreography!
Today we will learn choreography and continue to review it. As we learn, think about the information from Chapter 1. What plane are we moving in? What areas are initiating a particular movement? When you get home continue to think about this as you practice the choreography and review the information we have discussed this week. -
Test Day!
Today we will be tested over choreography and anatomical vocabulary. We will go over the phrase work a few times in class together, then we will split into smaller groups and perform. After you have been assessed on choreography, each group will be given a piece of the phrase work to analyze. With your group, you will all discuss aloud to the class the anatomical areas of your portion of the phrase. This will allow me to assess what each member of the groups know. Be prepared!
