Dogmatic constitution on the Catholic faith

With the permission from Sacred Council, Pius, the Bishop and Servants of the Servants of God were allowed to have long-term conversations of some topics regarding the religious life of God and Jesus Christ

Suspension of First Vatican Council Meeting

Due to the Franco-Prussian war in conflict, this resulted in halted the First Vatican Counil Meeting though it's still a question of whether it's officially cancelled or reinstated
