  • Grandma died

    Grandma died
She died when I was around the age of 5 or 6. I don't have much to say about this event because I didn't know her well. But I made a few observations at her funeral. I learned that coming together with family is one of the strongest bonds you can have.
  • Working out passion

    Working out passion
When I first picked up a dumbbell I fell in love! I've been going to the gym everyday since I was around 12 years old. Working out has molded me into a stronger person mentally and physically because it helped me find a passion in life.
  • Moved from IL to AZ

    Moved from IL to AZ
My first reaction when my Dad told me we were moving, I was devastated. I realized change is a big part of life and life-changing events could happen to me at any given time. So, I learned to accept it and accept whatever life will throw at me. Looking back on it now a few years later, I'm glad we moved because Arizona is great!
  • Deciding which high school to go to

Deciding which high school to go to
Summer of 8th grade began, and I had a voice in the back of my mind. The voice would nag at me, "hurry up and decide!" I had to decide if I wanted to go to school with my best friends or go to a complete different school with my girlfriend at the time. In the end, it was a great decision that made me realize my decision-making abilities.
  • Playing football in 8th grade

    Playing football in 8th grade
I wasn't much into sports besides lifting weights, but all my friends encouraged me to try out. We had a great season and it was a fun learning experience! I learned that you should always overcome challenges in life and try new things.
  • Moved from Maricopa to Chandler

    Moved from Maricopa to Chandler
We couldn't afford our house in Maricopa anymore. After living with my Mom's friend for awhile, we finally moved to Chandler and got an apartment. It wasn't really something I liked because all of my best friends still lived in Maricopa. But it changed me because I had to learn to make new friends in Chandler, and that's exactly what I did.
  • Lost house

    Lost house
As mentioned earlier we couldn't afford our house anymore. After almost being homeless and having to live with strangers for a few months, it really changed me. Hardships come and go so don't let anything ever break you.
  • Made my first song

    Made my first song
My other big passion in life is rap music. I never ever thought in my life that I would ever make music, I just dreamed of it. I learned that anything in life is possible no matter how hard it may seem.
  • First serious break-up

    First serious break-up
This was probably one of the biggest things that changed me. Everybody will experience the break-up of their first love and people go about it in different ways. It changed me because I started living for myself more and not for other people.
  • Best friend moved to San Diego

Best friend moved to San Diego
Freshman year, summertime, my best friend Kobe moved to San Diego. I was upset at first but not for long. He still comes down and visits, and if you really want to keep a friendship, you just have to communicate and be willing to put in time. I learned to to be a better friend.
