    To be able to buildup telomeres, my theory is that if a person jump for about an hour, it will able to increase you to live more longer than a person that jump only for 30 minutes will causes their aging process speeding up because the less the telomeres the more speeding your age will become. Also, you will be able to reduce having some diseases and the more you jump the younger you look.
  • 4.4 Childhood Attachment Experiences

    When I was a child, I have developed secure base that I have been attached to my mother before she passed away. The unique experience that I have with my mother was amazing because we tend to do everything together and became bond more than anybody could have. She has always provided my needs, affections, and a lot of attention, which influences me to become so close to her. After she has passed away, my emotions started to dismissing because she not around anymore and it impact me more anixous.

    The antioxdant in banana can causes you to become happy mood. My theory of banana is to eat about 3 times per day to increase your happiness mood! After about 8 weeks, the results shown that you will also gain 10 times extra happier. Therefore, that could show you that you can live longer too because it is very good medicine so better off eat more bananas!

    1.1 The Beginning
    I believe in Septemeber 13, 2013 i when i became 21 years old, and started feel like I'm young adult means a feeling to be free. I started to realized that I have to make my own decisions, choices, and be responsible for the rest of my life. For my experience as social clock, I have experiences in college life, and many different ways that I have learned and I changed to be young adult for my age. What made me an adult is when I learned my mistakes from the past and I want to be a better person.
  • 7.3 Major Life Event

    I got rejection from tryout for performance. What I have dealing with is emotion-focused coping, I tend to avoid everyone around me and went to my room to sleep all day that helped me to forget about the rejection which it has been effective. I started to seeking social support in which they can help me plan a solution and give me some advices in positive ways to coping things that I have experienced.
  • 2.3- My current healthy lifestyle

    My current healthy lifestyle is not decent, I noticed myself as I did surveyed is that I don’t really become careful with my health because I don’t often eat fruits and vegetable each day and I never exercise much like I should be. I could start being creative with fruits and vegetable by add cereal or in salad to keep my healthy going well. I will also start by one step at a time to exercise for 30 minutes per day to prevent me from having diabetes or cardiovascular disease.
  • 4.3 Adult Attachment Style

    The attachment type I have is Secure. It explains that secure people tend to have relatively enduring and satisfying relationship. I’m very comfortable with expressing my emotions to my partner and I tend to seek safe haven to help me become less fearful. For instance, I often come to my partner for comfort when I feel troubled. I tend to offer my partner support when she feels distressed. This is kind of experience that I had that influences me to become secure.

    According to Super, life-span/life-space theory based on the concept in which I develop as a result of my experiences. It affects me to consider when i want to be able to stablize my job. I also want toestablishment as school guidance counselor which i want it to be long-term place. I want to consolidating, building mometeum and moving up to different levels of five stages as Maintenace and Disengagement in the future.

    I believe that synthetic-conventional stage fit me the most because leaving home from hometown louisville, ky, going to gallaudet univeristy impacts me for the first time with peers who believe differently than I do. I might be forced to acknowlege that I tend to believe a lot of things that I assumed it to be ture because of my family, community and culture that I raised.

    I have experienced transition from conformist to indiviualistic during college. This transition has impact me by dealt with search for new independent and idenitity that helped me develped at the previous level where I started to see ethical and moral values that are important part in my life.

    The process of my young adulthood at age of 23, I expected to experience graduated from college, find a job, and getting married someone that I love. The challenge that I may will be facing is emerging adulthood because I'm still learning different experiences and that I have been focus on self and to exploration more.

    Age 25: According to Holland's theory of career selection is social because i love to social with people and be able to gain my experiences to help those people who want to become successful. my nigh score is social and the low is artistic, this expalins why i chose child, family, and school as social worker which fits my job and interest in social.
  • 2.4- Potential consequences of my lifestyle

    As being 50 years old, my current health lifestyle could be very risk for the potential consequences that I may later will faces. These are cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes; cardiovascular is the most common that women likely to have and I need to start reduce smoking and eat more vegetable and fruits to prevent me from get cancer. Risk of having diabetes, I need to reduce eating junk foods and soda to help me become less having potential consequences from having diabetes for my age.
  • 4.2- Older Adult Role Transition

    The change in later life that I will expected is to have retirement, the death of loved one, maybe become isolated and have medical problems that could lead to depression. Speaking with family members or close friends may be helpful and seeking group of people who experiences and find treatments to prevent from getting worse
  • 3.1 working memory

    A major challenge for me is the functional abilities with living independently. I found that the instrumental activities of daily living may be useful for me to performance everyday cognitive and behavioral observation activities in my home, myself and spousal. I would be able to do problem-solving such as education in compensatory techniques and uses environmental modifications.
  • 3.2 Attention

    The age of 70 years old's cognitive have impact me by less efficient at moving information through sensory and working memories that haev difficulty retrieving information from long-term memory. My memories became slowing in the central nervous system whcih caused distractions that making it harder for me to pay attention. What I can do is to start attention and focus to remember and uses the techniques as external memory; make lists and internal memory; uses new infromation with an image.

    Michai Hanley was born on September 13th 1992 in Lousivlle, Ky. She departed this life, Novemeber 20 2071 at Norton Hospital. She was an employee of Residence life housing. Michai leaves to cherish her many loving memories, her partner Avery Graves and have three daughters and two sons. She will always be in our hearts and her children that are her fruit. No matter how much we love her. This life is really short, and we know that she was pure in heart. You will always be miss!!!! Michai Hanley
