Columbine High School Killings
The Columbine Highschool shooting was tragic. Many kids were killd. Even more were injured.The two kids involved in the shooting took their lives also that day. Rachel's challenge started because of this event.This event has effected me because of the higher security in schools. -
My Birth
My birth was not the best expeirience for my mom. I was two weeks late.I was stubborn even before i came out.My mom says I was very alert and happy baby. I was strong. I was also very expressive. -
Terrorist Attacks on the US
September 11 consisted of many terrorist attacks, which killed many innocent people.Four teams of terrorists hijacked jetliners, deliberatly hitting the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and accidently crashed into Pennslyvania. Osama bin Laden, leader of Al Qaeda, is the one who led the terrorist attacks on the U.S.Everyone responded to the attacks with shock and panic.People died that day, including the ones those trying to rescue and help the injured.Security has been alot tighter since. -
My sister's birth
My sister was born on November 4th. She came on the exact day that my Mom expected. She came screaming her head off. I remember seeing Kelly for the first time when I was 2.5 years old. I can tell you she was loud, but that would be an understatment. She has definetly kept me company over the years. -

Youtube was launched
Youtube has been around for about 8 years. You tube let's you look at videos and advertisments easily.Youtube allows you to broadcast yourself. If you look for some other skill then you will can learn skills through videos on youtube. You can also have your own channel.Youtube has allowed me to look at videos both educational and non-educational. -
Wii was invented
The wii has been around for about 6 years. You can interact with the game you play while holding a cylinder shaped controller. The wii was invented on May 21 2007. They have just come out with a hand held wii called the WiiU. The wii has been my sister's favorite gaming system since we got it on Christmas morning. The wii has given me a way to interact with the game that I play. -
Got over my fear of Dogs
My mom came home one day and said she had a surprise for me an the porch, I was expecting a bike. I walked out on the porch and saw two puppies and screamed. I ran into the bathroom and locked the door. It took my mom and grandma 30 minutes to get me out. My dad held me so the dogs wouldn't touch me. I finally decided to get down and touch the dogs. I flinched at first when I touched thier fur but then was comfortable around them. My dogs have changed me so that I am now comfortable around dogs. -
Graduating 6th Grade
I graduated 6th grade on May 28. The last day of school was a lot of fun. I felt like I didn't do very well on the CRCT, but I passed. When I graduated 6th grade, I was so releived.Graduating 6th grade was a big milestone. 6th grade helped me to pass to 7th grade. -
Jude was born. Held a baby for the first time.
Jude was born on July 2. He was also the first baby that I held. Jude is my cousin and one of the cutest babies I have ever seen. When I held Jude, I realized that babies are fragile.Jude on the other hand was very fragile. Jude helped me to know how it feels to hold a new born baby.
