What I take for Ganted.

  • Google Maps

    Google Maps
This has always been a convience for me. I was too young to remember having to look up address in a phone book, but my husband teases me about it because I don't really know how to do it, and the one time I tried it took way to long and I gave up.
  • Facebook!

    Facebook!
I remember setting up my facebook account...without permission from my parents. They didn't approve of Myspace and thought facebook was the same thing, so when they found out they were a little upset. After showing them around the site, and showing them lots of our friends and family members were on there, they too created accounts. In fact I think they were on there more than I was!
  • MP3 Player

    MP3 Player
I recieved a very basic blue MP3 Player for Christmas in 8th grade! It was so cool!
  • TiVo

    TiVo
Coolest thing ever! I was a freshman in high school when we signed up with Direct TV and got TiVo. It still blows my mind that we could record two shows and watch a separate third show all at the same time! We could pause, fast foward, and rewind all our favorite shows!
  • My first cell phone!

    My first cell phone!
I'm almost positive that I was the last of my friends to own a cell phone. However, I had to pay for it on my own, which taught me responsibility and how to save my money! My first phone was a basic blue Samsung flip phone, but I loved it!
  • I-POD Nano

    I-POD Nano
I saved my money and bought myself a little Christmas present. Again I believe I was the last of my friends to leave the MP3 behind and jump on the I-POD wagon.
  • Digital Camera

    Digital Camera
I'm not totally positive when I got my red Samsung Digital Camera, but I do remember that it was a great day retiring my old gold wind the film when it's out camera!
  • Wii

    Wii
What a blast! We went from an old Nintendo, to PS3, to Rockback, and finally to a Wii. Lot's of family fun! I'd have to say that I love the Wii sports, and the Dancing games!
  • Flat Screen!

    Flat Screen!
We upgraded from out HEAVY box TV that couldn't even sit on the TV stand it was so huge, to a nice light 47" flat screen television! Clear picture and sound, front row seats on gameday, I'd have to say it was a good investment.
  • Laptop Computer

    Laptop Computer
For my high school graduation, my parents were so kind and bought me a Dell Laptop Computer! It is the kind that you can change the top cover plate. I love it and it has been such a great life saver and piece of technology my husband and I have used more times than we can count.
  • Smartohone

    Smartohone
I bought myself an Android Smartphone shortly after graduating high school and moving to Utah. I love it, but at times it is nice to shut it off and enjoy simple life! It is crazy that you can have one device to call, text, and surf the web!
  • I-POD Touch

    I-POD Touch
I'm not sure which generation I have, but my brother in law gave it to me just over a year ago. It is fun to take pictures and vidoes and share them with my family. I also love being able to communicate with my family on facetime, play games, get on the web, listen to music, and so much more!
