Responsibility is huge in growing up. You have to be able to take responbility for your actions in life, good or bad, because your parents or loved one won't always be able to hep you. At the same time dependability and timeliness is huge is in an economy like this. Things like being late and the inability to get things done will have employers ruling you out. -

Loyalty is something that seems to be fading. In marriages and relationships to professional athletes loyalty is going by the wayside. People no longer want to stay with one thing. They want the next best thing in line whether that be money, excitement, etc. So people with this loyalty to there jobs, family, or friends now stands out more then ever. -
# 5 Logical
Logic is a basic thing that everyone has but some forget use. This is all about making decisions that make sense. We have to make choices that are practical because the odds are against you in alot of ways so you need to do the math to get them to be in your favor. It starts with easy simple questions and progresses to harder ones. -
# 4 Broadminded
Being able to try different things is so important. Without trying new ideas our grasping foreign concepts you loose the oppertunity to find something great. On the flip side you may find something bad or not good but at least you know and can learn from it. Being broadminded is all about learning and adding on experience to your arsenal of knowledge. -
# 3 Self-Controlled
Control is a powerful, but having complete self-control is very difficult. When you have the ability to say no to eating that cupcake or the ability to keep your composure after getting in a scrum during one of your football games it shows how much power you have over your adrenaline. It is so important to not let the moment get the best of you and to regain the mental strength to do the best thing. -
# 2 Ambitious
Being hardworking is half the battle in any situation. For some people they just have the talent or the luck for it. Others have to work for it. The bad thing about not having the ambition is the want and desire that comes with working so hard to accomplish what your working towards. This is where hardwork beats the luck or talent. -
# 1 Intellectual
Intelligence and the power of knowing is the most important thing. Think about, if you didn't know how to work or what work was how would you be able to do it? How would you remember what things are? Everything is based on intelligence and knowledge. If you have this you can do anything, think about anything, and know what they are and how it works.
