Reed Hastings and Mark Randolph are the founders of Netflix. It was started after blockbuster charged them a $40 late fee. Now that Netflix is a thing people don't have to owrry about paying a late fee and there s a lot less stress. -
9/11 Terrorist Attack
On 9/11 airlines Boeing 767 loaded with 20,000 gallons of fuel crashed into the north tower. 18 minutes later another plane hit the south tower. It made my mom and dad pay a lot more attention to the world affairs. It was scary how it changes the stock markets and airlines and the damage that still is present today with the victims and first responders. -
Surprise Birthday Party
When i was turning 10 i think i went to my grandmas house for my birthday breakfast. When we got there we were going to go to a restaurant but we ended up going to my house (i was blindfolded the whole way). When we finally got out of the car all of my friends threw water balloons at me! -
Day I was Born
My mom said that I took my own sweet time, she went through 12 hours of labor. I was the 2nd born girl on my dads side of the family. It took my family 2 days to try and figure out a name for me. Finally the nurse told them to take a break and find a name because it was easier to name me in the hospital than take me home and name me. -
Surprise Disney Trip
When I was really little my parents told me that we were going to Anaheim California. When we got there i saw a whole bunch of Disney posters all over and i asked my mom if we were going to Disney land. The next day we started to walk into Disney and i turned to my mom and said Are you sure we aren't going to Disney land? -
Breaking My Fingers
When i was in 6th grade i got out of my dads truck to go inside the house and i slipped on our driveway and i landed on my fingers. I was crying all day. When my mom got home she finally took me to the doctors and he said that i broke 3 of my fingers. During school we had a renaissance fair and i couldn't dance because of my cast. I could barely even get my arm through my desk -
Spanish Fork Fire
The fire was caused by lightning. It burned 98,642 and it luckily didn't burn down any buildings. It impacted peoples lives because they were evacuated from their homes and it was scary. -
First Day Of 8th Grade
I really had the best day ever! I got to go to all my classes and meet all my friends. I also met some new people! They were all great and it was such a fun day.
