winning the pinewood derby in cub scouts
winning a race invoicing small wooden cars was important to me cause I got to beat my older brother at something which was cool to my younger self. but I also unknowingly learned the lesson that just because my brother was older did not mean he was better or worse then me at anything but the amount of work and time you put into somethin made you successful or unsuccessful -
joining boy scouts
joining boy scouts was kinda like joining cub scouts all over again. again my older brother was in organization before me so I had a good idea what to expect but I was still nervous that my parents would not be with me on trips any more thankfully my brother went with me to outings and I always ended up having a good time despite initial worries -

2nd degree black belt graduation
similar to my 1st graduation this was a very significant achievement in my life as it represents another 3 years of training and now in total 7 years of instruction. this time however I was always confident in my ability to do well. this time time I had friends from both training and school so I had a significantly better time as there were people I was already knew so I dent have any one that I had to get to know however I did get to know new people.
