I was born at 8:03 pm which ironically is my brother's birthday. I obviously don't remember anything about this day. My mom did tell me though that when they were in the hospital my dad was more interested in watching the world series. For my gender reveal my parents got Hershey bar wrappers and had "she" in pink.

This was my first technical trip to California not that I remember any of it. I have a slight memory of seeing the Hollywood sign out of the car window. This picture was taken at a zoo in San Diego. I don't remember anything about this zoo. I seem to be having a good time. Seeing the Hollywood sign is the only thing I remember about California from when I was that young.

Again I don't remember this at all but I've been told this story many times and even though I was little I don't think my dad will let me live this down. We were at the Boston aquarium and they had a whale watching tour. So there my family was on the boat with my dad holding me near the outside of the boat. Then suddenly, I throw up all over my dad. Then he had to get a new jacket and they were selling some on the boat. So he got one and changed. Then again, I throw up all over the new jacket.

There was this black cat that kept coming to our back porch for a couple of months. The temps started to drop so we took him in. We quarantined him in a room in our house. After multiple vet visits, he was finally clean of the problems he had. His name is Rocky and he is built like a machine because from what it seems he was in the wild for a while. Also, it seems that he may have been abused in a previous home but now he is in his forever home and my best friend.

My mom used to be a wildlife rehabilitator. She still takes in certain animals as long as their babies. This one time some baby squirrels fell out of a tree where my dad works and their mother abandoned them so my dad brought them home for my mom to help them grow enough to be put back into the wild. We did have some causalities along the way but 3/4 made it. Even to this day one of the black squirrels comes back and eats at our porch.

I remember I was so nervous. I was worried that they weren't going to accept me because I had no idea how they felt about people in the LGBTQ. My mom was making dinner and I went out to the kitchen standing there figuring out how to tell her. So finally I said it, She was way more accepting than I thought this conversation was going to go. Then she said I had to tell my dad which is the part I was dreading the most. All went well. I definitely thought he was going to have a dramatic reaction.

Finally, all my siblings were out of the house and I was going to be the only kid in the house, just me and my parents. It was like that for 3 years and I thought it was going to be like that till I graduate. Until my oldest sister's (26 at the time) boyfriend (56 at the time) cheats on her. She moved back into our basement with her 2 loud dogs and took over our entire basement. We have a big TV down there with gaming consoles that I can't even use now. She seems to be in no hurry to move out.

I have 4 siblings and my second oldest sister (25 then) was getting married! This was the first wedding I've been to and I was even in the wedding party. I was my sister's bridesmaid. I was so nervous for this day. I was so scared I was going to trip or fall while walking in front of everyone but this turned out to be one of the best days of my life. I had so much fun hanging out with all my family and taking all the pictures. I will never forget that night.

I knew there was something wrong with me for a while now but I just ignored it. I'd cry most nights because I was in pain not physically but mentally. I couldn't do simple things like asking a worker at a store for help or giving a speech in class. I got embarrassed. I would fake a smile every day so no one could see my pain. So finally I had enough of it and I wanted help. So I started seeing a therapist. She diagnosed me with major depressive disorder and severe anxiety.

I was taken to the ER because I was bleeding very heavily (I was going through products within 10min.) We had to wait forever but I got called back to have blood drawn. I passed out so, they rushed me straight back into a room. I had to have a blood transfusion. I stayed overnight and was put on meds. We had to go back to the ER 2 more times after this due to the meds failing. Now I'm on the right meds and will have to be on them for the rest of my life.

This is the trip to California I actually remember. We went to Disneyland for the first time. This trip was a whirlwind of events. I almost there up on a ride and I punched my brother in the nose. The parks were very crowded. During this trip we also went to the Santa Monica pier. In my opinion it was very sketchy. There were so many people and seemed like too many for a pier. I was very thankful for this trip it was just not what I was expecting.
