    Graduation High School
I have to say that school did not alway come easy for me, so the fact that I was graduating was a great experience in my life. Now I was faced with the decision of community college or going in to the workforce. I chose to work in the field of concrete masonry work. I work in this field for many years.

    Injury to hand
Ok! So this was one of the biggest changes in my life. I was badly injured on the job and torn the SL ligament in my hand. After a very hard surgery and close to a year of rehab my hand could not perform many of things I could do before the injury. At this time I was not able to perform my job and was let go by my company. I had been working in the labor field for so many years and had nothing to fall back on.

    Enroll UW Superior
I was struggling to find a job that would match the money I was making in HVAC field and did not have experience in any other area. It was determined that my hand was going to have permanent damage and it was clear that the labor days for me were over. I have alway had a passion coaching youth sports teams, so my wife suggested that I apply for a SCA position and pursue a degree in teaching. So here I am today working in a level four setting classroom as a SCA. I am also enrolled 9 units at UW
