Event Promo Video Idea Complete
We need to have an idea of what we want to do for the event promo video. This will give us a whole month to film the video before we release it at the start of September. -
Mail Chimp Newsletter
Send a newsletter to all the youth pastors explaining the new directions of Thirst and giving them a link to the website. -
Hire a lighting engineer
We need to have our lighting guy set by this date so he can give imput into the lights we need to rent -
Confirm Prayer meeting locations
Need all the dates and locations of our monthly prayer meetings up through the next Thirst gathering in April. -
Postcard and Poster design due
All the ideas for the postcards and posters need to be submitted to the leadership team for approval. If revisions need to be made we would have a couple weeks. -
Order the light rentals
Any lights that we decide to rent need to be booked by September 1 for the day of November 2 -
Event Promo Video Complete
This is the video specifically advertising the event in November. This will give us two months to distribute the video. -
Mail Chimp Newsletter
This newsletter will give the theme of the event and invite youth pastors to the breakfast. -
Photographer and Videographer confirmed
Need to have the photographer(s) and videographer(s) booked by this date. -
Order Postcards and Posters

Order handout with schedule of prayer meetings up until the next event and next event date and location
This is the date if we decide to order them online. Otherwise we just need to have them printed somewhere by September 27 -
Merchandise Design Finalized
All the designs for the merchandise is done by this date for review -
Worship set list complete
This will give us six weeks of practice before the event -
Event videos (countdowns, theme video, etc,) ideas completed
All ideas for the videos that will be played during the night of the event need to be completed by this date. This will give us one month to film or create these videos. -

As long as it is two week shipping. -

Meeting with Student Volunteers
We will meet with all the high school and junior high students that want to volunteer for Thirst. We will give them promotional materials to pass out during the two weeks before the event and we will delegate specific jobs at the event. -
