A Walk to Remember (Joseph Christopher Balabag)

  • First Cry

    First Cry
This is the start of everything. A lot of things have happened on this day, my first breath, my first appearance, and my first cry. I don't know how my parents feel at this moment but I'm sure that they feel nervous and excited, because I'm their first born.
  • First Step

    First Step
This is the year that I've learnt how to walk. I may not remember every details but I believe that I made the first step of my journey here.
  • I'm in Daycare

This is my first year in school. I studied in school in San Nicolas. And as far as I remember, my teacher's name is Grace.
  • In Kindergarten

I entered kindergarten when I was 4, it's different from daycare, because unlike daycare, it's a little bit hard and fun in kindergarten. I've got new classmates, friends, teacher and school. I studied in San Francisco, Batangas.
  • Got a sibling

This is the day that I've been waiting for in my whole life. I finally got a little sister. I feel very happy and excited. I swear on my parents that day that I'm going to protect her.
  • First Day in Elementary

This is where a new path opened. A new story is about to start. I'm always crying secretly in school, because I'm nervous and I know nothing about the school that I'm going. This is also the first time that I've met my first crush.
  • Welcome Brother

This is an unexpected year. I didn't thought that I would get a little brother a year after my little sister was born. When I first saw him, I thought he's an alien, because of the shape of his head.
  • New Life

I'm now on 3rd grade. My father went to other country to work and I needed to transfer in Tarlac. I really am nervous that time, but that's the first time I've met my lifetime best friend, Iman together with my lifetime friends.
  • First Math Competition

My first math competition has happened in this year. I feel nothing but nervousness. Luckily we've got 3rd place and I've got the highest score in our team.
  • End and Beginning

I finally graduated from elementary and going to be a high school student. This is the moment where I've took things a little bit serious. This is the beginning of a new adventure that I will surely enjoy.
  • Best in Mathematics

This is the year when I've got my very first Best in Mathematics award. I was very happy that time and I promise myself that I'm gonna get that title again on the following year. I've also got an Academic Excellence award
  • My Family

    My Family
I'm now a 10th grade student. This is where I've met my siblings at heart, 10-Rizal, and my Nanay, our adviser. I didn't thought that they would walk on my path with me. We laugh, cry, fight, break the laws and play with each other. We finished 10th grade as classmates, rivals and most importantly brothers and sisters.
  • Vice President in Mathematics

    Vice President in Mathematics
This is the first time that I've got elected on high position in an school organization. I was very happy because I became the Vice President in my favorite subject's organization.
  • A Night to Remember

    A Night to Remember
This is where I've experienced my very first official dance. I ask my nanay Nanette to guard my crush and not to let other guys to dance with her. My nanay pushed me to do a lot of things that time, like take a picture with my crush and dance with her.
  • Moving Up; Moving On

    Moving Up; Moving On
This is the day that I feel very happy and at the same time very sad. This will be the end of our class, in short our moving up ceremony. It's got kinda emotional, because the year that we've spent together comes to an end. I've got an Organization Award, Academic Excellence Award, Conduct Award and Best in Mathematics Award that day.
  • My Road to Success

Today is the opening of a new road. It feels weird to be a Senior High School student at first, because it's kinda different from Junior High School, but my classmates look nice as well as my teachers. I guess, I'm gonna enjoy this school year.
  • Life Must Go On

    Life Must Go On
This is the present time, I'm a 12th grader now. I've come so long from my journey that it makes me tired and I know that the road is still far from its destination. I'm still confused and don't have any visions on my future but I believe that the life must go on.
