The Battle of Panipat was the beginning of the Mughal Empire, Babur defeats the Lodi Empire of Northern India using gunpowder and firearms which in his rule stops him from stabilizing an empire.

After Babur's death.. Hamuyan, Babur's son,took control and had a lot of difficulties ruling the empire. Some of the nobles were defeated and showed Hamuyans weakness.

Sher Shah Suri took control of the Mughal Empire in 1540 after kicking out Hamuyan from India, Hamuyan later then goes to Persia and helps make two strong dynasties.

Hamuyan takes the death of Sher Shah Sur as a chance to take Persian allies to India again, he then retakes Dehli and takes Mughals to power.

After regaining control of the empire, he is injured by how he had tripped down the stairs and shortly dies 3 days after.

Sur Dynasty tries to gain power, on November 5th Mughals defeat the Surs and reinforces Akbar's control.

After Khan is assassinated in Mecca, Akbar gains full control of the empire and develops trade with Europe and gets flintlock guns which give him an military advantage, he gains strong system of administration and gets the economy to grow.

Akbar's oldest son, Jahangir, leads a rebellion against his father, Akbar yet has support from the women in Akbar's harem to keep his role as a successor.

After Jahangir takes control of the emperor his son,Khusrau Mirza, rebels against him, Jahangir then blinds his son and defeats his supporters then becomes addicted to alcohol and fails at ruling the empire.

Shah Jahan builds the Taj Mahal so that his wife tomb will be there.

Dara Shikoh, Shah Jahan oldest son, covers for him will he is ill, however Auranzeb gets the Islamic Fractions to oppose Dara.

Aurangzeb defeats Dara Shikoh, Aurangzeb expands the empire after executing his brother and imprisoning his father, then later the decline of Mughal power begins.

The Empire breaks after Shah Alams death.

Mughal Empire becomes protected by the British East India Company and makes trade with India stronger. Bahadur Shah Zafar leads a revolt against them but fails and the Mughal Empire ends.
