    The Napoleonic Code was a comprehensive set of laws set out by Napoleon. This took away many of the justices of the people and had strict laws set out for the French people.

    In 1804 Napoleon had enough power to assume the title of Emperor. He invited the pope to crown him. Napoleon put the crown on his own head to show that he owed the crown.

    After his escape from the Elba he was able to stay in Europe and cause another battle. After the Battle of waterloo he was defeated and once agin exiled. This time he was exiled to St. Helena a faroff island where it was hard to leave.

    The British Army prepared for a battle at the village Waterloo, when France attacked the British held their ground. Eventually Prussia came to help and France was dominated by Britain and Prussia. In the next few days the French retreated.
