    The Reign of Terror was lead by the Committee of Public Safety. During the Reign of Terror the Committe executed everyone that opposed the revolution.

    The Egyptian Campaign was a disaster for Napoleon. He was defeated and he had to retreat back to France. Napoleon hid the disaster from the leaders in France so he wouldn't loose his political power.

    Napoleon abolished the Directory, which helped him become the leader of France.

    Napoleon made a law stating that the people of France could vote for what the government could do, but he is the first consul or leader of France

    The Napoleonic Code allowed people to have freedom of religion and to have jobs based on skill.

    Napoleon was offered the title of Emperor of France from the Senate.

    England and France fought a naval battle on the coast of Spain. France and Spain were teamed up on England. England destroyed most of the France's ships during the fight and they won the battle.

    Napoleon battled Russia and Austria who teamed up and were threating to attack France. Naopleon was outnumbered but was able to defeat the Austrians and the Russian and win the battle.

    The Peninsula War was fought in Spain against Napoleon and Spain, Portugal and Britain. The spanish used guerrilla warfare to beat the french.

    Invasion of Russia

    Napoleon invaded Russia with 600,000 troops to invade moscow. While Napoleon invaded Russia, the russian burned their cities and didn't leave any supplise for Naoploen's troops. His troops had to retreat because they ran out of food and supplise.

    Napoleon retreated from his Russian invasion after a couple of months. Napoleon entered Russia with 600,000 troops and left with 20,000 troops.
  • Battle of Leipzig

    Napleon lead 185,000 troops battled 320,000 allied Russian, Prussian and Austrian troops. Napoleon was unable to capture Berlin and was defeated.

    Napoleon was exiled to elba in 1814 because of his failure invading Russia and his loss at the battle of Leipzig.

    Napoleon escaped from elba and retured to France. France's people rallied behind Napoleon because the new king was bad. Napoleon became ruler for 100 days.

    Napoleon regained rule of France so the European nations assembled to defeated Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo. Napoleon was defaetd again and was taken out of power.
  • Exile to St. Helena

    Napoleon was exiled to a more remote island and he couldn't escape from the island.He later died on the island.

    Napoleon died on the island of St. Helena and was buried later in 1821 in Paris.
