This is when I was born. Yes, 3 days before what would be known as 9/11. I do not remember this, of course.

I said my first word ever, which was "Cookie". I know, kinda odd, but that's what it was. It's significant to me because language is one of the biggest parts of someone's life, and this is where my journey of language began.

This one is pretty self-explanitory.

My family went on a vacation to Virginia Beach. I was barely old enough to remember any of it.

It's a tradition in my family to attend the first game of the Virginia Tech Hokies' football season from ages 8-11. This was the day when I attended my first one, which coincidentally was on my birthday (September 8) I would like to state that Virginia Tech makes it into the Top 10 very often, and are almost constantly in the Top 25. They are fun to watch considering they are one of the best.

This was the day when I was given my first guitar. Guitar is a HUGE part of my life. The guitar was red with a white pick-guard, and small enough for someone my age to play.

I know you might think this is odd, but playing Call of Duty is how I spend a great deal of my free time, and it's been that way for almost 5 years now. My score was 20-7. 20 kills, 7 deaths.

This was when I played my first full cover song on the Electric Guitar. The song was "Prayer of the Refugee" by Rise Against. This accomplishment led to learning many more songs by that band, including "Savior", "Ready to Fall", "Make It Stop (September's Children)", "The Good Left Undone", and "Swing Life Away".

This was an important part of my life because I didn't have much self-confidence until this moment. There was a Tournament in P.E. class in football, and our team had won most of the games. (We were able to do tournaments like these because gym was required for everyone. Therefore, we had enough people.) In this particular game, the score was 10 to 13, we were trailing, and only had about 1:30 left to play. I started at the running back position and ran a fade route to catch the pass for a TD.

This was the day when my family started moving across the country from Blacksburg, VA to Ferndale, WA.
