Introduced to the overhead projector
Overhead projectors were SO cool! I loved when my teachers would call on people to come up and write on the plastic sheet on the projector! -
First smartboard in class!
Wow, I thought the overhead projector was cool! Smart boards are awesome! I would be so much more willing to listen when my teacher was using the smart board! -
First Cell Phone
My parents gave me a cell phone to use in case of emergency. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world! I gave my phone nubmer out to my friends at school. My friend sent me one text message and my parents took the phone away, because we only had 200 texts a month and they didn't want me using them! -
Signed up for an Aol instant Messenger account
I remember thinking it was so fun to be able to talk to my friends without hogging our landline phone. My parents were upset because I was always on the computer. -
MySpace Account
I wasn't allowed to have a MySpace, but I made one anyway! I was obsessed with it and I was on it every chance I could get. -
Facebook Account
Had to have Facebook because all of my friends were getting it. I hated it to begin with, and eventually it grew on me! -
Twitter account
I didn't understand Twitter when I first got it, and when I signed up I didn't even have a smart phone, so I had to text a phone number to send my tweets, or do it from a computer! -
First iPhone
I was one of the last people I knew to get an iPhone. Such a big step in my life. -
First laptop
I was given a 2013 MacBook Pro when I graduated high school. It still works like a charm! -
My first Kindle
I didn't realize how much I love to read until I was given a Kindle! It makes reading so easy, no need to go to the library or bookstore, you can read as many books as you want, no due dates, cheap prices, and you can read in the dark with the light up screen!
