The Battle of Wrexham.
After Increasing English Aggression, a United force of The Marcher Lords band together to form an army of 10,000 to Defeat a Gwynedd-Dehuebarth force of 8,000. It is a crushing defeat for the Welsh, losing Powys, Glwysying, Western Gwynedd, and Dyfed. Gruffydd was said to have saved the King in a brave show of force in the Battle, before leading the survivors to safety using Guerrilla tactics. -

With the Death of The King, Gruffydd usurps the throne in a rebellion after the new King is shown to be Tyrannical. He defeats a force of 1,500 men with his Elite force of 800 through the use of Bribery and Defeat in Detail. -

The Battle of The Dee
In 1073, an invading force of 9,000 English troops enter Wales to defeat Gwynedd. Their cavalry and lords are lured into crossing the river Dee before being ambushed by Infantry. English infantry lag behind before being ambushed by archers and a brazen cavalry force of 500 under Gruffydd at the Vanguard of a 7,000 strong Infantry column. 9.000 English lose against a mere 3,000. -

A Force of 4,000 Welshmen under Gruffydd launch a surprise Winter Invasion and regain Western Gwynedd after attacking the Castle of Wrexham in an infiltration. -

The Battle of Cardigan
Gruffydd invades Dehuebarth after the death of its king, claiming the king named him heir as he had no son. He later defeats a Dehuebarth force of 6,000 with his 10,000 near their capital city of Cardigan. -

The Battle of Caernarfon
16,000 English under William 'The Conqueror' is defeated by 10,000 Welsh under Gruffydd. The battle lasts 2 days and the Welsh would win after "losing" their Right Wing to "desertions" luring the English Left into an Ambush before launching a brilliant night attack where a force of 1000 Welsh Heavy Cavalry charged at the rear of the English Center whilst the Welsh center charged up the hill, pulling most the English towards the front and not the rear. The Battle of Cardiff
A Force of 25,000 English and Scots and Mercenaries Under Robert 'Courthouse' invade Wales once more. Facing them is 13,000 Welsh. Gruffydd would sally out at mornings and sundown to tire out the enemy before sometimes attacking at the day. This forced Robert to pursue Gruffydd before encamping. Once Encamed, Gruffydd would launch a night attack, burning their camp and killing those who attempted to escape in ambushes and charges. -

Gruffydd had conquered all of Wales and has begun to call himself The King of The Welsh and The King of Wales. -

The Death of Gruffydd
Gruffydd dies at just the age of 21. He had in just 5 years united the many Welsh Kingdoms and defeated the much more powerful and larger English on several occasions through the use of Strategy and Tactics. His eternal alliance with the Scots in a mutually beneficial defense against the English would remain. His infant son, Owain, would be King of The Welsh, although not controlling Glywysing and Dyfed.
