    I was first baptised
I aksed my mother to be baptized when I was about 9 or 10
I remember feeling I was ready to live by the word of God. I felt that I was ready to commit to the standards of whch a christian had to adhere by. I had a water baptism and all of my family was there to bear witness to the event.

    Spirtual Journey

I started my religious journey when I was nine. As I grew older and further away from my religious up bringing. I then start going of and on, here or there, and eventually stopping all togerher. Then returning once again.

    Up Club

My frends and I plus a lot of neighborhood kids would go to Up Club. Up Club was ran by a religious organization that promoted christianity. They would come and pick us up on Thursday evenings, teach up about God, the Bible, they would feed us dinner, and then take us back home. This was a major part of my adolesent life and understanding God. Also, the introduction of starting a relationship with God.
  • Period: to

    Friday Madness

After Up Club loss funding. My friends and I started attending a church event that was held every friday. It was called Friday Madness, It kept us out of a lot of trouble. We still managed to find a little but not a whole lot. Friday Madness was like a bible study party on Friday night.

    Off and on Religion

I eventually stopped going to church all together. I would go to church if invited by someone but I did not have a church home. After the loss of my mother and other events in my life I decieded to return to church last year to continue my relationship with God.
  • Birth of My Son

The birth of my son was amazing. Bringing life into this world has a spiritual enlighntenment that is unexplainable. What the body goes through while pregnant and what you personally experience when delivering is unimainable and unexplanable.
