    There are many considerations that should be made when making a health plan such as what is your goal? The goal is supposed to be specific and very detailed. On page 4 it says,“A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal." There should also be a deadline of when you want your goal to be reached. That way you can get motivated to get on it and get it done.

    An important thing to know is to figure out what you are gonna do to reach your goal. For example on page 4, “Join a health club and workout 3 days a week.”. This does not have to be your goal but this is an example. It has a deadline and it is a specific goal.

On page 5 it mentions, “Goals that may have seemed far away and out of reach eventually move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but because you grow and expand to match them." As you start to achieve your goals you will notice how different everything is.

    My personal health plan will to be eat healthier. Some strengths with this is more energy, more confidence, "when you eat better, you look better" and many more. In order to do this I need to go to the store and buy healthy foods. I will also have to do some research on what to do and what not to do. Some risks with this is I might not like the food I eat and it is more expensive.
