I had my mother helping me learn my first words and helping me stretch my little fingers.

I played peeka-boo with my mother. I started messing with things more often since I knew I could make thing happen.

As a child I was securely attached, as I got older I became less attached to my caregiver but I also value them more. This attachment made me grow up faster and more secretive.

Some strategies I used to cope with stress across all periods are: talking and crying to myself .

I had toys that helped me learn the alphabet and numbers etc. I went to a early child development center and they helped me develop fine motor skills.

Parents were emotion coaching when discussing emotions. They would talk to me to help me understand things. At the same time they were emotion dismissing when it came to family problems.

I was on the Upward Bound basketball team and that helped with my gross motor skills. I had building blocks and a doll house that encouraged fine motor skills

Puberty hit when I was in middle school and this didn't effect my relationships but it did effect my develpment i started noticing changes in my body

I experienced the loss of a loved one while I was in high school. This effected my development by making me realize that death really is real, I was depressed for months about this loss.

I feel the same about myself because I know a test really doesn't determine anything, so I don't think this effected my schooling
