I decided to do my project management on a garage gym conversion that I am personally working on at the moment. I chose this project as I think it will be fairly easy to plan as I have some knowledge of what the planning should involve.

Last lesson we created a table for 3 projects showing the different stages such as Initiating, planning and Executing. We also had our first meeting discussing the risks and timeline for the project.

In todays lesson we researched information surrounding the different methodologies and what their advantages, disadvantages and purposes were. We also did an activity on Prince2 and what its principles, themes and processes were as well as researching about the tailoring involved.
