  • Born on June 15, 1998

I was born on June 15, 1998 in Phoenix, AZ. I have one older brother named Anthony and one older sister named Alexis. I have lived in Arizona all of my life.
  • grandfather passed away

My grandfather passed away in 2002 due to cancer. This taught me that nothing lasts forever and to cherish every moment in life. He played a major role in my life before he passed.
  • started playing football

I started playing football around the age of 6 and still continue to play today. The game has taught me many life lessons and introduced me into some amazing people.
  • broke my collar bone

fractured my right clavicle in eighth grade playing football. It was extremely painful and made life challenging at the time because my dominant arm was injured. I was pretty bummed out because it ended my last season in youth football and I was really looking forward to making the all-star team.
  • got accepted into the highest ranked high school in Arizona

When I got accepted into University High School, I had mixed emotions. I knew it would be very challenging, but I also knew it would be a great experience. It has been a tough road through these past 3 years.
  • got 2 concussions in the same year

During my freshman year of high school, I got two concussions from playing sports. One was from football and the other from wrestling. This was a major setback because I fell far behind with my academics.
  • Joined Teen Council

Teen council is my way of giving back to my community. Our main goal is to brighten the youth population's future. The best thing about this group is giving back to my hometown with some of my closest friends.
  • received the rising leader award for the city of Tolleson

Last year, I received the Rising Leader Award from the city of Tolleson. I was really shocked, but knew all of my hard work had paid off. The best feeling was when everyone said they were proud of me.
  • Got my first car

In February of 2015 my parents bought me my first car! They got me a 1999 Nissan Maxima. The only downside of this was having to learn how to drive with a manual transmission.
  • Learned how to drive with a manual transmission

Learning how to drive stick was one of the most challenging things I've ever had to do. It took a lot of patience and determination to figure it out. I love it now because it is a great skill to learn and not many people I know can do it.
