I was born on February 18th 2003 at 5pm in the Swedish Covenant Hospital to Stephen and Serena Nanos

When I was a little over 6 months old, my parents took me to a Chicago Cubs game. My family is a big baseball family, so this was a big milestone/event for me. Since then I have been to many Cubs games.
-
For my 1st Birthday, my parents wanted to plan a party. My whole family was there for the occasion.
-
I have always observed what goes around me. This connects to being an introvert and considerate. I observe the situation I am in before I act. This leads to me being a thinker
-
My littlest brother Elias was born on this day and it was a new beginning for my family. He is my favorite brother, and the most like me. It was an exciting and stressful day for the whole family.
-
As a young kid, I was very shy and shallow. I didn't like talking to other kids at school, and other kids in the neighborhood scared me.
-
On this day, my family moved into a new house. This house is where I spent most of my time growing up. It has a special place in my heart, as this is where I have lived for the past 10 years.
-
I believe that this is my most applicable and fitting trait to me. I have always been a very caring person to those I love. I seek to understand and help others before myself.
-
This trait was built up over time, but really became apparent in the 6th grade. I started to think more on my own, share less, and work better by myself than with others.
-
Ever since my freshman year, I have been very considerate of others and their feelings. I have started to think before I act, and sometimes I won't act in order to make others feel better.
-
A very fond memory of mine. I was extremely nervous and had a very hard time finding my classes. It ended up being alright, and has taught me that going through with things makes it easier.
-
During my freshman year, I began to question what went on around me and was very conscious of my actions. This led to me making less mistakes and not taking chances on things.
-
In the past 2 years, I've learned to appreciate and love the little things. I keep dates of great memories I've had. This has led to me being a reflective person.
-
In the last year, I've become a very confident person. This is because I started to run and that allowed me to appreciate what I do and accept that people aren't going to like everything that I do.
-
This was the biggest day of 2019 for me. This day was the day I began my journey as a distance runner. It was hard, but I kept on pushing and it is now my favorite hobby.
-
My favorite vacation of all, we went on an ocean tour, explored Seattle, and did so much more. Also ate a lot of seafood, which I love.
-
Ever since June of this past summer, I have been reflecting on my life. Some of it is by talking to people, some is written down in a notebook. I feel as if this is a good way to move on and become a better person.
-
This year for cross country, we had a 3 day camp in Wisconsin. This day was the day I met my closest friends. I was relatively new to running, so I didn't know the people too well. Going to camp and bonding was a great way to get to know my new friends
-
This was a very fun day for me. I got to experience something I had never experienced before, with my closest friends. I had a good race, running a personal best.
-
This is not a very good trait, nonetheless one I have taken on in the past few months. I have started to care more about others than myself. I have made many decisions based on how it would affect others, but not myself.
