  • First Day of School

    First Day of School
In Germany you usually prepare a "Schultuete" for your first day of school. Your parents fill these up with school supplies and lots of candy. I was very excited to go to school especially since i lived in a small town (Landshut) I already knew most of the kids from my neighborhood and/or kindergarten. This is the website for my school. It looks more modern now. It's pretty small because German elemantary schools go from 1st-4th grade instead of 1st-8th.
  • Yokohama, Japan

    Yokohama, Japan
Yokohoma was one of the first places I've travelled to because my grandparents on my fathers side live there. I used to visit my grandmother regularly. She lives in a nice condo downtown of Yokohama. I remember I used to go gorcery shopping with her a lot. Her condo also had traditional japanese rooms with sliding doors which she might have renovated by now
  • New York

    New York
My mom always wanted to live in America and New York seemed like the perfect city. We moved there in 2005 so I attended second and third grade there. My mom was going to send me to a Public School but did not like the atmosphere so she sent me to a Private Catholic school

    First Babysitter
I don't remember much since I was only a few years old, but I do know some things from what my mom told me. I had a babysitter because my mom went to a university while my dad travelled for work. My mother once told me that while she was babysitiing mt she did something wrong but that was in the middle of our game. My mom was about to yell at her for doing something wrong but I stopped my mom by giving her an "amgry look"

    Munich
Since in Germany there is a different school system "High School" started for me in 5th grade. I was very nervous because I got into one of the smarter schools in the city. Paris, France
PARIS is one of my favorite cities although it is very expensive. IT is also very narrow, but still beautiful. One of the major resons that Paris is my favorite city is because I like fashion so love to go shopping and France is one of the best cities to go shopping.
  • Chicago

    Chicago
Moving to Chicago was a big change for me. Although I have lived in the US before, it was very different since it was along time ago.I would have preferred to live downtown but that is very expensive. I was nervous to go to school because I was "foreign" and also because I have not met anyone in Chicago yet. All my relatives living in the US were at least 5 years older.
  • 8th grade Graduation

    8th grade Graduation
Graduation was very exciting for me since I have never had one before. I was also excited to go to High School since I was one of the oldest student in my grade and also the school. During Graduation many students cried but I didnt since I wasnt emotionally attached to any of the teachers because I just transferred in for the last quarter. After Graduation I went out to eat with my family.

    First day of High School
I did not know much background information about any High Schools or High Schools at all..I knew things only from movies and different TV Shows.
