Personal Timeline

  • Stitches

When I was a little kid, specifically, 2 years old, I accidentally ran into a fence. I had to get stitches on my eyebrow that still hasn't gone away to this day. This has shaped me into the person I am today because my scar reminds me not to do stupid things in life, because I could end up in the hospital again.
  • Adopting a dog

Adopting my dog has been a major point in my life because it taught me how to treat others. My dog has taught me to value friendship, and how to love. Without my dog, I wouldn't be the person I am today, she has shaped me into the person I am.
  • Learning how to ride a bike

The only reason I remember this day is because my dad has a video of me riding it around the street for the first time. Riding my bike taught me how to learn something independently, do something on my own, without my parents help. It was the first time they let me go and I managed to do it.
  • First Day of High School

It was very terrifying. Being a tiny little freshman trying to navigate around the halls. I remember specifically not knowing where my freshman year lit class with mrs. powell was. I frantically ran around the first floor as the music played trying to find this class which I barley arrived to as the bell wrang. Life as I knew it was about to change dramatically after this day.
  • Drivers License

Finally. The day every teen looks foward to, getting their license. Little did I have to suffer through, my twin sister having hers for a week longer than I did. It was finally my chance to become independent. No more asking my parents for rides, being able to leave the house whenever I wanted to go where ever I wanted. I feel like getting a license is one of the most important days in your teenage years, at least to me it was.
