Family Disruption
Us kids always noticed my mom and dad fighting on and off, and they seemed more unhappy as we got older. This was around the time we started noticing the fights more and more. -

Parents separated
We found out our parents were cheating on each other, so they separated. -
Gave my life to Jesus!!!
My friend invited me to my old church and knew that God was calling me to come back! -
Parents divorced
After a time of separation and going back and forth through a long process, my parents ended up divorcing. -
Heard about YWAM!
I was stuck between not knowing what to do with my life. I was at a retreat with my young adult ministry, I heard about a DTS and God confirmed me going! -
I GOT BAPTIZED!

DTS in England at YWAM Holmsted Manor
Had such an amazing experience with my DTS. This time of my life, I was a very new believer and a lot of foundational beliefs were being developed as I learned more about God. The deep friendships I made and the richness of this time was absolutely incredible. I am still in contact with my entire DTS today. :) -
God confirmed the School of Ministry Development
I was seeking the Lord about what to do after my DTS and wanted to know more about His plan for my life. After I asked for confirmation through a rainbow, He gave me a huge bow in the sky! I knew that the SOMD was the next step I needed to take toward future ministry and what was to come. -

School of Ministry Development
This school was so impactful. I learned so much about leadership, and how God wants to use my passions and gifts. It was a time of complete growth and understanding more about His character and what more of His plan looks like for my life. I had deep friendships in this school and ones that still impact my ministry today. -
God provided for outreach!
I was really crunched for time when I knew I had to fundraise for outreach. I had just finished my SOMD, so I was praying about miraculous provision. My friend said she was moved to pay the remainder of my funds. We laughed and cried together, praising God for His faithfulness! -

Outreach to the States!
Right after my SOMD, I joined the DTS’ outreach and went stateside for 3 months! It was such a good time of ministry, getting to serve the local communities in New Orleans, LA, Tampa Bay, FL and Atlanta, GA. God moved in really awesome ways and it made me excited for the ministry I could be involved in later down the road. -

The Discipleship Bible School with YWAM in Ensenada Mexico
This school has been so impactful in the way God has been revealing His character more and more. I never read the entire Bible, and a lot of these books I was reading for the first time. This school has been a time of laying the foundations of Biblical truths in my life. I was able to understand that God had and still has a plan of redemption for His people, to be close to them. The more I have studied the Bible, the stronger my faith has become which will impact my life forever.
