    My Timeline

  • Started playing softball

When I was 4 years old I started playing softball. I played on a t-ball team for the city. Softball is one of the biggest aspects of my life. I played other sports when I was younger but none of them ever compared to softball.
  • Started playing travel softball

By the time I was ten I wanted to be in a more competitive atmosphere for softball. So, I decided to leave Arkadelphia League softball and go to a travel team. My first travel team was Zero Tolerance out of Hot Springs County. This was 10u so it was right at the time when we were starting to get good. I fell in love with travel softball because you really become family with your teammates and your coaches. I am not on ZT anymore but I have been on the same team for 5 years now and I love it!
  • Confirmation at Church

My faith is very important to me. So it was a good day when I got confirmed in my church. Since I am Methodist, I was baptized as a baby, so I was happy to choose for myself to make that step in my faith. I am so happy that I decided to take that step in my faith!
  • My dad got sick

When I was 13 my dad got sick and he had to stay in the ICU in Little Rock for a few weeks. I was young and I didn't really know what was going on. I remember being really scared that he was going to die. Because my dad got sick I had to mature fast and realize that I needed to spend more time with him and not take things for granted. He is okay now but that whole event caused me to grow up quickly. Now I try to spend as much time as I can with my parents because I know it won't last forever.
  • Decided who I was and what I believe in

I think that it is very important to stand up for what you believe in. Even if someone has different beliefs than you doesn't mean that you have to fight or bicker. I think it is important to love and accept everyone for who they are. Kindness and respect are two of the most important things that you can show someone. I am very happy that I came to the realization of what I really believe in and think. Everyone deserves to be respected for who they truly are.
