Personal Timeline

  • Birth

    Birth
I was born on February 3, 2003 in Chandler, Arizona.
  • My Younger Brother was Born

    My Younger Brother was Born
I know from video proof that I had mixed emotions about the little person that came into our family. I became the middle child and sandwiched in between my two brothers in one day. I think for the most part I was excited to have a baby in my family (it was rare to see me without a babydoll or stuffed animal when I was little), and I got used to having him around pretty quickly.
  • Moved to Kansas

    Moved to Kansas
Me and my two brothers found out we were moving, and we were pretty excited. We were still young enough that we didn't really understand the concept of "moving", and everything was quite the big adventure. My dad's job took us from Gilbert, Arizona to Overland Park, Kansas. Originally, the plan was to only live here the two years my dad's company wanted us to, but we ended up loving it so much that my dad switched companies so we could stay.
  • My Little Sister was Born

    My Little Sister was Born
I remember this day so vividly, probably because I had waited so long for a baby sister! My brothers and I woke up to a snow day. Our neighbor, who was staying with us while my mom had the baby, brought us over to her house after breakfast to play with her kids (who were teenagers and had babysat us a lot). I remember we had hot chocolate, watched a movie, and played in the snow. Late in the afternoon, my dad came and picked me and my brothers up to go meet our brand-new baby sister!
  • High School Swim Team!

    High School Swim Team!
I started swimming on the BVSW high school swim team freshman year and i loved it so much! The girls on the team are like sisters and we've made so many good memories together. I swam the 100 Backstroke and 200 Freestyle. Me and my best friend, Jordan, had so much fun cheering each other on and goofing around during practices.
  • Older Brother Left On His Mission

Older Brother Left On His Mission
My older brother, Scott, left to serve a mission for our church in Barcelona, Spain. He will be gone for 2 years. The day he left was a lot harder than I thought it would be, and was (and is) a huge deal for our family. I can't wait to see him when he gets back!
  • Family Reunion at Bear Lake

    Family Reunion at Bear Lake
This upcoming summer, my family is planning on going to Bear Lake in Utah for a family reunion on my mom's side of the family. I always love family reunions and getting to hangout with my cousins- I'm super close with them and we know how to have a good time!
  • GRADUATION

    GRADUATION
I plan on graduating in May 2021. Hopefully by then I will have been accepted into BYU Provo and be heading there to major in Sports Medicine.
  • TRAVEL

    TRAVEL
I love to travel! Hopefully I will have the opportunity in the future to do a trip to Europe and visit Italy, Germany, or really anywhere. I would love to go with my family- especially with my dad. He travels a lot for work and is the best tour guide I know!
  • State for Swim Team

    State for Swim Team
I think it would be really cool if I could make state for swim team before I graduate. I will have to work really hard, but I think if I was really dedicated, I could do it.
  • Family

    Family
Someday I do want to get married and have a family of my own!
  • What does your timeline tell you about yourself?

My timeline tells me that my life is very family oriented and I value time with my family- both immediate and extended. I love to travel and it has been an important part of my life. I also love swim team and it is something I am passionate about.
  • How different would you be if you could change one or two events along your line?

I wouldn't change anything about my timeline because I think everything that's happened and everything I've experienced has been important. If something were to get changed though, it would definitely affect my family dynamic and the things I value and am passionate about. For example, if we hadn't moved to Kansas my dad wouldn't have changed jobs and never would have traveled to Europe or Asia, which means I wouldn't be as aware of the world and the possibilities of travel.
  • How flexible, or fixed does your future seem to be?

I don't think my future is very fixed. There is a lot of things that might or might not happen, and a lot of it depends on what I am willing to do to get there.
