The Tamagotchi is a handheld digital pet mostly housed in a small egg-shaped computer with an interface usually consisting of three buttons, although the number of buttons may vary. My parents wouldn't let me have a pet, so they bought me this. I would forget to feed it every day.

A Walkman is a portable personal stereo audio cassette player. I used it to listen to Barney songs and songs from Mexian television kids' shows, that's the only way my parents would shut me up.

I secretly sneaked into my brothers' room and played a Mario Brothers game for the first time. We had the very first game console and I had an awesome time.

Got my first portable CD player because it was cooler to use CDs now instead of cassettes.

In 8th grade middle school they made us make an e-mail account in my computer class. My username was/is crystalmen33 (didn't realize how ridiculous that sounded until later, but too attached to it to get rid of it).

My parents are not too fond of technology so they took awhile to get a cellphone themselves, so they got me one for my Quinceañera (didn't have texting or internet though).

During the Summer, I worked and at the end of it I decided to get myself something so I got my first iPod, I loved it until it unexpected stopped working.
