I was born on October 22nd, 2004 at 2:44 p.m. At that current time, my family was my Mom and Dad and an older brother. -
Brother's Birth Date
On October 22nd, 2004 at 2:45 p.m., my baby brother was born. My family was now a family of 5. -
First day of Preschool.
First day of school ever. It was a morning class but I was still pretty excided and ever since then I have loved school. -
First Surgery
When I was in first grade, I had very bad ear problems and I had to have surgery to fix the issue. I showed the characteristic for being a risk taker because I was very young when I had the surgery. -
First Dog
First time my family got a god. We wanted this one dog but the day were were going to go visit it, it got adopted. But that was okay because then we got our dog named Rudy. -
Second Surgery
The first surgery didn't fix the issues with my ear so they decided to do it again. -
First time in 103
103 was a Room in my elementary school that had students with physical and mentally delayed challenges. I enjoyed communicating with my peers and I was open doing continue going down there and volunteering. -
Talent show
When I was in second grade, I preformed in the talent show with my older brothers friend. It was just for fun, but I then decided continue doing ballet. -
Library helper
When I was in 4th grade, the librarian at my school broke her arm and she couldn't work so she asked my friends and I if we could help in the library for our recess. I was open- minded and I agreed to do so. It lasted for 4 years. -
First Real Play
When I was in 6th grade, I was in the Beauty and the Beast play. I had to know my lines and I had about 4 songs to sing. I enjoyed being one of the silly girls because I was doing it with my friends and my costume was yellow and yellow was my favorite color. -
First 5k
I had never really rain before an then in 7th grade, I started running for my school. I really enjoyed this and I decided to continue running. -
Polar Plunge
I wanted to do the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Chicago and I was being Knowledgeable because Special Olympics Chicago would benefit the park district more. -
Second Play
This was the second play that I ever did. The play was The Music man I I enjoyed this play a lot because I got to be Alma Hix. She was a part of a group called Pick-A-Little Girls. That was also a song that we got to sing. -
Last Play
To finish out my elementary school years, I decide to join the final play that my school was doing. They were doing Into the Woods and I got to play Little Red Riding hood. That was really great because I got to scream very loud twice. -
Second Polar Plunge.
I enjoyed doing Polar Plunge the first time and I really care for this organization so I decided to do a fundraiser and I raised over $1000. I even thought it was be fun to do in in a costume so I dressed as Superman. -
8th grade Graduation
I was very sad to leave my school but excided to start high school. For my graduation, I was picked to do the farewell speech to the graduating class. This was very important because my mom gave her class the farewell speech, my older brother did his class farewell speech so I was very excited to write the speech and then say it in my graduation. -
First day of Cross Country
I was extremely excited to start practicing with the new team that I was going to be apart of. I hadn't really done much running and the running I did do was run 3 miles and then stop. For cross country, I would have to run over 3 miles with other people. Unfortunately, I was injured so I had to communicate what I could and couldn't do. -
Best Buddies
I was a freshman when I participated in this club. What was really cool was that I was the fist person to be matched with a buddy. I thought it would be an upperclassmen to get the first match. But nope, it was me. -
Covid
This was very impact-full to my life because everything before that I have worked for really just got shut down at once. I was very hard to not even be able to go to school and see my friends. It was even harder that I couldn't visit family. It wasn't far that everything stopped at once, but what made it a little far was the fact that there wasn't a single person that wasn't feeling the same way I did. -
Shot Put and Discus
So far to this point, I've only ran before so when my coach asked if I wanted to do Shot Put, I was very conflicted. But I did it anyways I I ended up loving it. I was also told the day before City Championships that I was going to be doing Discus. I have never done discus before so when I was super nervous and I was a little scared. However, I ended up getting 6th in the City for the first time ever.
