    When turning 18 you might need money for your birthday party, or any type of event you would want to attend to celebrate your birthday. Age - 18

    The cost of a new car can range from $10,000 to millions. You must set aside money to pay for the car. The car chosen is $20,000, by saving 4,000 a year for five years, I am able to acheive this goal. By setting aside a percentage of my paycheck every month towards my car fund, this goal will be realistic.

    Tuition and room & board for college can easily reach to the tens of thousands. Saving 18,000 a year for five years to reach my goal of $90,000 does not seem resonable at this age/income, therefore, I will have to take out a student loan.

    Marriage liscenses, weddings, and lawyer fees costs can add up to $27,000 on average, saving $2700 a year for ten years will allow me to acheive this goals in a reasonable way. Since I would have my first career and job at this point, saving the money would not be as difficult as it would previously.

    During pregancy you might not be able to work, lowering your income. The average price of a pregancy, including delivery is $15,000. Saving an average of $1500 a year for 10 years will allow me to acheive this goal in a reasonable time without creating an impact on my lifestyle.
