William then connects to Anne and they decide to have tea -

William and Anna come out again.
But the boyfriend of Anna, Jeff, arrive in London.
William then discovers and goodbye to Anna.
William is very sad. -

Anna arrives unexpectedly at the home of william.
The two then discover the affect it has.
But the paparazzi discover that Anna is in William's house and they perceive the difference in types of life. -

William is very sad without Anna.
