The Day I was Born
I was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I don't know my exact weight, but I do know that I weighed around seven pounds. Finally, I was born to Pat and Laura Gottlob, if you didn't know. -
Kindergarten Graduation
When I was in Kindergarten, I graduated from St. Mary's School. I am pretty sure that I had eleven other classmates that graduated with me. Many of the people that graduated with me in Kindergarten eventually ended up moving or transferring, but in the end, I did too. -
We Got Our Dog
My dog, Duke, was a present from my parents to my brothers and I. I had found out we got him after I had gotten home from a vacation from Denver, Colorado. He is also a black lab. -
Family Trip to Yellowstone
My family and I went to both Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Teton National Park. While we were there, we also went to go watch a geyser explode. It was realy fun because I was able to run through the water as it was falling down to the ground. -
My First Communion
When I was eight years old, I had my First Communion, which was pretty special just because of how big an accomplishment it was. I dont know for sure how many people were in my First Communion class, but I would have to guess that there was around fourteen people. Afterwords, my parents had thrown together a celebration for me which took place at my home. -
I Joined 4-H
When I was eight years old, I was able to officially join 4-H. Ever since then I have participated in judging, showing animals (swine), giving public presentations, and making crafts. -
My Cousin's First Communion
I flew to Denver, Colorado to visit my cousin Jake and his family. While we were there, we went to a Major League Baseball game, and we also visited Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This had been the first time I had ever flown on a plane, so I thought the entire trip in general was extremely fun. -
Gottlob Family Reunion
My entire Gottlob family, which is my dad's side of the family, had a huge family reunion in the Black Hills. The reason it was so huge was because liturally all of my dad's cousins, siblings, and relatives in general came. It lasted for around one week. -
Carrie Underwood Concert
I went to a Carrie Underwood concert with my mom when I was ten years old. It was pretty exciting because it was my first concert I had ever been to, and to be truthfully honest, she put on quite a show. The tickets to the concert were one of my Christmas presents mainly because it was getting close to Christmas, and it was something that I wouldn't normally do. -
My Transfer to Public School
After my mom got a new job at McCook Central, both her and my dad thought that I should transfer due to different reasons. This was big in my life because I had left all of my friends who I has been with since Kindergarten. My other friends who are still enrolled at St. Mary's School didn't come to McCook Central, so it was definitely a big change. -
First Day of Computer Class
Our computer class takes place in Room 22 of our school. This class will only go on for this quarter because it is not one of our main classes. Mr. Michel is the computer teacher, but along with teaching middle school computers, he teaches high school.
