    Louis XVI becomes the absolute monarch of France. He thinks people should not have lots of rights.

    Louis XVI hires Swiss Army Guards for protection and the people think he is going to attack them so the National assembly has a panic attack with Louis XVI
  • Bread

    60,000 Women rioted over the price of the bread going up and they took the king and queen as prisoners.
  • Peasants

    The peasants are rebelling because they want their freedom for what they can do.
  • DEATH

    Louis the XVI was executed.
  • Third Coalition

    The third coalition was an alliance created by Britain to alli with other European countries to defeat Napoleon.
  • Emperor

    Napoleon had made himself emperor of France
  • Battle of Trafalgar

    This was a sea battle against Britain that Napoleon had lost to.
  • Mistake Une

    Napoleon tried using a blockade, a cut off from a country to weaken Britain at the time, This was called the Continential System.
  • Mistake Deux

    Portugal refused to follow the Continental System, so Napoleon sent troops to Spain to attack Portugal. During War Napoleon sent extra troops but lost with the death of 300,000 French men. This was called the Peninsular War
  • Mistake Trois

    Russia was also not following the Continental System, so Napoleon sent himself and his army to Russia but when they got their, Russia was abandoned and everything in all their towns were burnt down. This action by the Russians was called the Scorched Eartch Policy.

    The war is officialy over with a big lose of 300,000 people.
  • Third Coalition ends

    Finally after Napoleon lost to Russia The third coalition comes after Napoleon. Napoleon tried to defend himself and France but his army refused to fight and he was later on punished and abandoned on the Island of Elba.

    Napoleon escapes from Island of Elba and he returned to France
  • Banished II

    Napoleon is then banished to St. Helena

    Napoleon dies on St. Helena
