My Personal Timeline. NM

  • The Beginnings...

    The Beginnings...
This was my very first day on earth, and the start of a whole new story about… you guessed it, me. And here I am now, after twelve years.
  • Getting Baptised...

    Getting Baptised...
After a few weeks, I was baptised. I don’t remember anything, probably because I was too young to remember.
  • Learning how to walk.

    Learning how to walk.
After a while, I got sick and tired of my limited mobility. So, I decided to learn how to walk. I must say, it was a very tedious task, but I managed.
  • Figuring out how to talk.

    Figuring out how to talk.
And after some time, I also got sick of staring at a wall and gurgling. So, I tried talking, but nothing happened. I tried and tried until I made some weird sound. Something I have never said before. I said, dada. Everyone was shocked, unable to move. Until, I said it again.
  • Reading and finishing my first book...

Reading and finishing my first book...
Soon after I had mastered the style of talking, a book was brought to my attention. A very easy book, but still, it was something. I took a look inside, and to my surprise there were words. Words, sitting plainly in front of me. I looked at it, puzzled. But after you pronounce “a,” you kind of get a taste of things. And so, I set on my journey to become an alphabet master.
  • Getting a "Grip" of things.

    Getting a "Grip" of things.
If you read a book about letters, you surely can’t go wrong with a little writing. I grabbed a bright blue marker, and tried to spell my name, which, by the way, looked hideous. But I didn’t stop there. In fact, I kept going, until I wrote my name. Although it looked horribly disfigured, I’m sure my preschool teacher didn’t mind.
  • Attending my first piano lessons...

    Attending my first piano lessons...
When I was a few months old, I found it interesting to tap on the kitchen table, as if making some sort of beat. My parents realized this, and decided to buy a piano when I was five and a half. I sat down, and played one, singular note. I somehow thought I was a natural, and started bashing the keys until something okay came out. Even better, I got to go to some music school. Ever since then, I started playing more advanced songs, and even started learning about artists.
  • Learning How to Ride a Bike...

Learning How to Ride a Bike...
You see, sometimes running just isn't fast enough, especially with the added risk of my legs shutting down and falling. I think it's time to step it up a notch- and you know what that means; I'm going to try to ride my bike faster than you've ever seen before. Running on self esteem, courage, and a whole-lotta horsepower, I put 1 + 1 together and figured out how to ride my bike; without training wheels. With this added boost of speed, even the slickest car model can't compete with my speed!
  • The Infamous Virus Begins...

    The Infamous Virus Begins...
The whole world was a bit shocked, as suddenly, lockdowns occurred. I didn’t really care, as I thought it was more of an extension of a long weekend more than anything. Oh boy, was I wrong. Many months passed, and I still was at square one; lockdown.
  • Two New Members Join the Flock!!

Two New Members Join the Flock!!
A few days before my birthday, I got a very “lively” present; my two birds. I was very surprised, since I’ve never had pets before. They were a bit scared at first, but soon learned that we meant no harm. And I am glad I got them. They are so cute and playful, and sure love to jam out to some music. Say "Hi!" to Mango and Lemon!!
  • The Final Chapter- Junior High...

    The Final Chapter- Junior High...
Yes, I think this is a big part of my timeline. It’s a fairly large chunk of my life, and it's also part of my academic career. This is the last and most present part of the timeline as well! I'm barely through the year, and I still have a whole lot of stuff to learn.
