First exposure to Television
My first media exposure was Television. Television is an instrument used to present moving images with the presence of sound. It provides entertainment and information for mass. During this year, I'm still a baby. For my parents, watching TV can contribute to building up my knowledge. However, according to my parents, I was only interested in commercials and not tv shows themselves. -
First exposure to Radio
Radio is an instrument with the presence of radio waves to carry information transmitted through space to carry impulses. It was introduced to me by my parents for entertainment as well as to increase my knowledge. Besides, it helped to practice young auditory senses to access information. -

A DVD player is used to play audio CDs. DVD players are connected to a television to watch the DVD content. Those content could be a movie or other television show. This device becomes my favorite technology as I can learn and entertain at the same time. I remember my father used to rent CDs at Viva studios for me. He rented mostly animated movies or educational shows. -

Brick Game is a traditional LCD electronic game that displays games on a 10 x 20 grid screen. I remember my first brick game was a Christmas gift from my aunt. My favorite game in the brick game was the game letter A and also the race one. -
First exposure to Newspaper
As I learned to read with the help of books, I find the relevance of newspapers as I need to know various day-to-day happenings in the country and the local city. I remember that my first encounter with the newspaper is just to solve some puzzles and read some jokes and not really read updates about the happenings. -

A cellphone is a portable telephone that can make and receive calls over a radio frequency link while the user is moving within a telephone service area. During this year, I was separated from my mother, and this device helps maintain good communication and interaction. Moreover, it also made me entertained while my mother was in her province. -

As I moved to a higher grade level I saw I need to make documents, PowerPoint presentations, and the kind, I was exposed to the computer. I also find it a way of entertainment and interacting with other people. -

This year was my first exposure to the internet before I am using a computer by playing offline games and interacting with people in the same place as me. But once I discovered the internet, I was able to search for information, photos, videos, etc., much easier for doing school works. Besides, a wide variety of entertainment opens up, like online games and social media. -
First exposure to Social Media
Thanks to the knowledge I acquired about the internet, I can now access social media sites. Social media sites are interactive technologies that allow the creation or sharing of ideas and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks. I discovered Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other social media sites one after another. During those times, I enjoyed customizing my profile, including the pictures and details about myself; I also watch and communicate with others. -
Computer Online Games
At a young age, I was exposed to a lot of online games from adventure, MMORPG, FPS, to strategy games. These games help me to interact with others, enjoys my childhood, and make friends. -

Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce that allows consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using a web browser or a mobile app. My first exposure was the time I need to buy a new cell phone. Unfortunately, I can't find that particular cell phone I want in physical stores near to us. So it leads to using the lazada app to order my new device. -

I seldomly used it, but I used it more frequently during theis pandemic 2020- 2021 because I can't go outside to buy the items I needed. -

Due to the pandemic, I was exposed to online learning tools. It is defined as any program, app, or technology that can be accessed via an internet connection and enhance a teacher's ability to present information and a student's ability to access that information. It really helps me to learn better even if online distance learning modality is new to me. -
