my little brother
My brothers birth- It was 2000 and all the people in school had a younger or older sibling besides me and the thought of having a little brother excited me. my parents told me that they wernt sure about having another child but told me they would consider it. I remember seven years old siting in discount tire next to my mom and her leaning over and telling me "I have a surprise for you, you have a little brother on the way" -

The big move
I was in seventh grade going to kingwood elementary, I got home from school one day and parents were on the phone with a relater asking about houses. my parents found a gorgeous house in Litchfield manor. The neighborhood was beautiful and full of new people and opportunity. -
New school
I started 8th grade at a new school called Parkview elementary where I met so many new friends. Parkview was such an amazing school and the people were awesome. Our class felt as if we weren't just students but a family. -
My best friend
I met my best friend Gavin back in 8th grade, we found out we lived right next to each other. We would hang out every day and did everything together. Gavin's had my back for six years now. -
high school
Starting high school was the most exciting and scary thing I have ever done. I was so excited because I was looking forward to all the opportunity's high school had to offer. I met so many new people and made new friends -
first job
my first job was sonic-drive in not the best of jobs but it was a job. I valued this job because it allowed me to help my parents out with bills and allowed me to do one of my hobbies...hunting. this time period was one of the best because we weren't struggling and everything was on track -
divorce
My parents divorce was on of the hardest points in my life. It was the hardest thing because as a big brother it was my job to make sure my little brother was ok and stay strong while hiding how upset and hurt I was. the divorce ended up taking a toll on me and eventually making me give up on life momentarily. -
My Mistake
Due to my parents divorce I slowly started to let my grades slip and my behavior was not the same. I started ditching school to go hang out with "friends" and just sat back and watched my education slip away. I eventually got so far behind I ended up dropping out. -

after dropping out I got a job in hopes of trying to repair my life financially. I was living with my dad at the time and him seeing how hard I was working gave him a new respect for me. To this day me and my father have an outstanding relationship -
2nd chance
Starting school is my most current accomplishment. It took a lot of courage for me to start again but with the motivation from my friends and family I finally have MY motivation back. I want my parents and my friends to see me on my graduation day and just see how much of a fighter I am.
