  • INFANCY: When did you start walking?

    INFANCY: When did you start walking?
    I started walking at an early age, around ten months was the age my mom said I started walking. She said that I would try to walk everywhere and all around the house.

    When I was around one year old, my mom said that I liked to hide from her and would also, like to nap under a coffee table that we had in our living room. She said that every time that she could not find me I would be under this coffee table, playing, waiting for her to find me, and even at times I would be napping.
  • WERE YOU SECURELY/INSECURELY ATTACHED TO YOUR CAREGIVER?

    I would have to say yes I was. My mom even though she worked, she was really attached to me and hated being away from me. I feel like that I am still very much attached to her that I have to talk to her everyday.
  • HOW DID FRIENDS/FAMILY DESCRIBE YOU AS A CHILD? WAS THIS SAME OR DIFFERENT FROM YOUR INFANT TEMPERAMENT?

    My family described me as being a really good infant. My mom says that I was a good baby that I hardly ever cried, slept all through the night and would just cry when I was hungry.

    I think my temperament was really good. I was or am really adaptive to changes. I get really nervous at certain situations, but I am really able to have a positive change.
  • INTERESTS YOU HAD AS A YOUNG CHILD?

    As a young child I loved coloring and drawing. I would also like to do puzzles. When I was in preschool I really started liking 200-300 piece puzzles.

    I guess making me learn with my language acquisition would be holding conversations with me and making me read out loud to them. My parents would make me read to them in Spanish for me not to forget my Spanish. My parents would also, make me soap operas in Spanish and would watch cartoons in my native Spanish.
  • MIDDLE AND LATE CHILDHOOD: HOW OFTEN DID YOU GET PHYSICAL EXERCISE? WHAT SORT OF ACTIVITIES DID YOU DO? WHAT WERE YOUR FEELINGS REGARDING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY?

    I enjoyed going to my physical education class and playing the games and running the mile and physical exams that we had to do. I loved being able to test myself more every time we had to do it. I remember that we had this game that was similar to hide and seek and we had scooters. I got exercise almost every single day of the school year and almost every weekend especially when I would go to my grandma's house.
  • ADOLESCENCE: DID YOU ENTER PUBERTY EARLY OR LATE ON YOUR PEERS? AND DO YOU THINK THAT YOU HAD ANY EFFECT ON YOU?

    I believe that I entered puberty kind of late. I had my first menstrual cycle before the summer of my freshmen year of high school. I don't believe it had any effect on me because my body did not have any major changes that I noticed. My friends did enter puberty earlier than I did and it had sort of an impact on me because I wondered why all my friends had boobs and I didn't.
  • HOW OFTEN DID YOU DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

    I think I was really active in middle school and my first year of high school playing soccer but I believe this was the least amount of physical activity. I don't go to the gym and I don't try to work out. I get my exercises from walking on campus and also getting some exercise when I work as a server
  • DESCRIBE AN EXPERIENCE THAT MADE ME AWARE OF A CERTAIN CONCEPT OF INTELLIGENCE

    Throughout my educational career thus far I have been called smart. I took advanced courses throughout high school and was placed in higher advanced classes. I think that made stand out or made me feel smart or acknowledge my intelligence was when I was in top 5% of my senior class

    I think Sternberg's description would be an infatuation relationship because the boy that I was seeing at the time was really infatuated with each other but his feelings were not really true. Because he could not commit to one person, and we were not ever intimate with each other because I felt that i could not trust him completely.

    I think/believe that my closest relationship would be to my boyfriend. And i believe we have a secure attachment, because we don't stress about our relationship and we are really happy and comfortable on where we stand in our relationship. We are both really comfortable with each other and not afraid to talk about our problems with each other.

    I think it would be the consummate love relationship, because we are both committed to our relationship, we are able to be intimate with each other, and we are passionately attracted to one another.
